DELIVERY POLICY
All products and merchandise purchased via The Cat Protection Society of Victoria Online Store will be dispatched within 2 working days from the day or order and delivered via Australia Post with normal delivery timeframes. Delivery via Express Post is also available at check-out. In the instance that the product or merchandise you have purchased is out-of-stock, we will contact you within 2 working days to arrange a refund or an alternative product.
REFUND POLICY
We do not provide a refund on memberships or donations made to The Cat Protection Society of Victoria. If the event that you donate an incorrect amount, please contact our team on 038457.6500 as soon as possible. If a product purchased from our Retail Store is faulty or damaged, please contact our Store on 038457.6500 to organise a replacement or refund in line with consumer law.

All donations to The Cat Protection Society of Victoria are tax-deductible and you will receive a tax receipt when your payment is processed to your nominated email address
