Our response to Covid & the Victorian lockdown (July 2021)

From Friday 16th of July, our adoption shelter will be open by application and appointment only; members of the public without an appointment will not be able to enter our adoption shelter.

If you have been considering adoption and you can provide a long-term commitment to a cat or kitten in need, we would love to hear from you. To submit an application and book an appointment, click here.

Our feline dedicated veterinary clinic will continue to operate by appointment only. On arrival to the clinic, please contact our team who will collect your cat/s for the appointment and conduct a phone consult (unless advised otherwise).

Our retail store will be open during our normal operating hours, however limits on the number of people in the store at anyone time will apply. Click and collect is available on all items within our store; selected items are available for delivery. To view our range, visit our online store by clicking here.

The Purrfect Paw Cafe will be closed during the lockdown period.

In line with the Victorian Government guidelines, all visitors to our shelter, vet clinic and / or retail store must check in using the QR code on arrival, wear a mask during the duration of their visit and abide by recommendations on social distancing. Visitors to our shelter, vet clinic and /or retail store will also need to have a temperature check on arrival and confirm that they have not visited any of the known current exposure sites (as per https://www.coronavirus.vic.gov.au/exposure-sites. We also ask that only one person per family attends any shelter or clinic appointments. If you feel unwell or have visited any of the identified hot-spots, please do not visit / contact our shelter on 8457.6500 to reschedule your appointment.

Thank you once again for your continued support and understanding which allows us to care for and re-home cats in need.
