In the interest of protecting our staff to ensure we can continue to provide the highest levels of care to the cats who seek refuge at our shelter and rehome cats in need, from the 1stof November 2021 all visitors and customers over the age of 16 must be fully vaccinated (and show proof of vaccination status) against COVID-19 before entering the Society premises.
Adoption Shelter: If you have considered welcoming a cat or kitten in need to your home and you are fully vaccinated and would like to adopt, please complete an adoption application form via our website by clicking here
You will then have the opportunity to book in a “Meet and Greet” adoption appointment (up to 5 days in advance) where you will have the ability to meet all of the cats and kittens awaiting their forever home as our team help you find your purrfect match.
Veterinary Clinic: Our feline dedicated veterinary clinic will continue to operate by appointment. If you are fully vaccinated, you will be able to enter our clinic and attend the veterinary consultation with your cat/s. If you are not fully vaccinated or are unable to prove your vaccination status, our team will collect your cat/s from our front carpark and conduct a phone consult.

Retail Store: Our retail store will be open to fully vaccinated customers who will need to provide proof of vaccination prior to entry.If you are not fully vaccinated or are unable to prove your vaccination status, you are welcome to place an order via our website or phone 03 8457.6500 for “click and collect” and your order will be delivered directly to your car when available.
