The Time Has Come to STOP Cat Cruelty

We were recently in the local news discussing cat cruelty, and in this particular instance, in Eltham. Overall, Victoria saw 1500 cases of cat cruelty last year, ranging from mistreatment to torture. Dr Carole Webb speaks out about the issue.
