Looking for a final solution to kitty litter, Friday, Greensborough: in most people’s working lives, 4pm - with the end of the day looming - is the beginning of happy hour. Surely this is so for Carole Webb, given that at 4pm every day she gets to play with the ears and look into the eyes of 30 cute kittens arriving at her surgery. Such has been her habit for 20 years.
